Sweetness from ruby red prickly pear puree balances the light tartness oof this kettle soured gose. The barely-there salinity from sea salt lingers int the foam, but notes of ripe red summer fruit and a gorgeous ruby color from the prickly pear steals the show. Contains wheat.

Malts - Pilsner Malt, white wheat, unmalted wheat, 2 Row Pale.
Hops - Sterling.
Yeast - English Ale Yeast, Lacobacillis.
Other - Sea Salt, Ruby Red Prickly Pear puree.

Pale pink, only a slight haze. Thin head. Tart, light wheat note, kettle sour, with a bit of tuna fruit. As a beer it’s fine but the execution of the concept actually lacks quite a bit, versus what you could find in NM or CO 15 years ago.
