Lightspeed's big brother. A malt forward double IPA that’s medium bodied pine resin aromas and notes of citrus peel.

On tap at HUBco, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma is very syrupy, with cloyingly sweet caramel malt that dominates, with resinous hops buried way underneath. Flavour is egregiously cloyingly sweet, with tons of disgustingly sweet syrupy malts—are there hops here? Yeah, obviously, but they’re totally buried beneath that nasty syrupy sweet malt. As unbalanced as they come. Incompetent hot garbage.

Dark amber, bright, thin head. Crystal malt up front, not much hop. Sweetish on the palate…not chewy but more like sweeter toffee and earthy hop bitterness. Definitely would like a bigger hop expression on this…it’s a shout out to the era of the lupulin threshold shift but without the brightness.
