473mL can, pours a hazy pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma has plenty of lacto, big spruce tips, and maybe a bit of wild bugginess too. Flavour is quite lacto-dominant despite the aggressive spruce. I know it’s not a kettle sour, but it taste like one. Nice spruce, but too much yogurty character. Okay.

Very pale, almost blueish. So they're using butterfly pea to colour this, to match up with the spruce flavour. Tart, light spruce, good balance.

Poured from 473mL can. Clear-ish gold with small white head. Almost a citrusy berry-like tartness, spruce is virtually hidden. It’s fine, but not what they set out to do (maybe).
