This Hazy DIPA flaunts flavours of peaches and playful hints of tropical and citrus fruits. It balances tangy, bready maltiness with a gentle hop bite, keeping its edgy character. Despite being full-bodied, it's not too sweet, and a subtle touch of alcohol at the end reminds you it's strong, tempting you with its boldness.
Malt: Rahr-Pilsner, Rahr Wheat, Rahr-Dextrine, OiO-Rolled Oats
Hops: Amarillo, Azacca, Riwaka
Ingredients: Barley, Wheat, Oats, Hops, Yeast, Water

Hazy, bright, light fruitiness, some onion and alcohol. Decent soft pale malt base, but I’m guessing citra is the problem here, combines with a relative lack of bitterness.

Poured from 473mL can. Lightly hazed blonde with small white head. Tropical and peach hops, fairly thin, alcohol hidden, meh.

Can from High Point, Vancouver
Blond colour, hazy to cloudy, dull. The aroma is fruity, apple juice, hint of tropical, almonds. Lean body, off-dry; remarkable alcohol, marzipan, and possibly acetaldehyde. Ok bitterness. The more problematic traits seem to fade, after a while, or maybe it's just palate saturation.
It seems there have been fermentation troubles with this high octane one, like I've not seen in a while.
