Dry hopped sour
Raw wheat, oats, and lactose. Soured and co-fermented with our house mixed culture. Generously dry hopped with Sabro then conditioned on blood oranges and guava.

Hazy with a touch of pink. Vanilla, sweet, a touch of acidity. Fruit? Maybe but the vanilla is kind of crushing everything else here.

Poured from 473mL can (note: can also lists vanilla). Murky yellow with dissipating white head. Guava, vanilla, mild orange, light hop finish. More sweet than sour. Flavours mesh well together.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy to murky blond colour. The guava dominates the aroma and flavour, there's a light vanilla touch that gives almost a creamsicle feeling; light sweetness and mild acidity, with a touch of oranges. Pleasant.
