Wavering bright, bold and crisp! We have another fresh West Coast IPA that was a crowd pleaser last year, with a touch of white wheat in the malt bill and double dry hopped with Simcoe and Centennial. Showcasing citrus zest, resin, and spruce pine.

Small pour. Appearance: clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma: very nice hops with citrusy, a bit flowery. Taste: very bitter, lots of pine. Overall: too bitter for me.

Bright. With a big head. Aroma of berries and pine jumps out from the glass. Big. Pine and citrus, both vague, and more specific baked leeks. Big biscuity pale malt. It’s quite good.
