It’s a Cool day for a Cool collaboration beer with some pretty Cool friends. We crafted this IPA with our longtime pals from Parkside Brewery and Steel & Oak Brewing Co. Using old school West Coast tradition, we sprinkled in some new school methods with big, fruity hops and Lager yeast, because we just like to keep things Cool like that. Now imagine beer in hand on a sunny beach by the ocean, doesn’t that sound pretty Cool?

Darkish amber and bright. Medium head. Old school piney nose, with caramelly malts. Medium bitterness. Good balance of biscuity, slightly chewy malt.
