Tap@ Ibaraki Bakuon CBB Japanese Mint Lager 5.2% 10 IBU Pale gold with virtually no foam and a tangy yoghurt minty aroma. Very lactic acid aroma. Medium bodied but dry and with a tangy sour mint edge to it flavor wise. For me, this is ok (drinkable) but a miss.

Tap at Mother Tree. Very pale yellow with lace. Minty nose, malt or corn grains, lemon. Lemony, crisp, mint flavor. Crisp malt finish with mint and citrus. Cleanly made.
