Can from Liquor Mt. Clear gold. Decent hop aroma, citrus, grassy, herbal. Malt is in the background. Flavor also mainly hops, fruitier, more citrus. Malt is clean and slightly sweet. Didn't thrill me, but I would drink it again. Decent American-feeling pils.

After my lager glass broke it took me awhile to find a new one… this Seria Pilsner glass will do! Y Market x Nagoya Castle Hopping Shachi American-style Pilsner 5.5% Very nice looking golden brew with a thick head of foam which leaves copious lacing behind. Nice softly spicy hearbal hop aroma with a honey sweet maltiness underlaying it. The taste has a surprisingly bitter green herbal hoppiness with some dusty sweet malt character and semi-sweet finish on a medium body. Pretty nice stuff.
