Tap at Komachi. Hazy bright gold. Spicy nose, apple and grapefruit. Crackery malt. Spicy, tangy, malty and hoppy. Notes of dried apricots come in later. Nice hoppy saison.

Ise Kadoya Farmhouse IPA strain Boke 6.5% Pale slightly opaque straw gold with decent eggshell white foam which leaves a fair amount of lacing behind. The aroma is earthy spicy and herbal while the medium bodied beer is semi-dry with mild pepper and spice flavors. It’s got a kind of candied citrus and spice thing going on which reminds me of a Belgian beer kind of like Duvel. Last of the three, they’ve all been good but I’d say this one feels most IPA like out of them and it is also the highest in ABV so I guess this strain is more efficient. My favorite one, I drank it the fastest and enjoyed every sip.
