Pours clear gold into a pils. Bright white meringue head with good retention craters and recedes. Lemon and hay aromas. Crisp with wet straw, sourdough and hay upfront turning to earthy pith in the medium length finish.

Tap at PBF 2025. Clear golden body, lasting white head. Herbal hoppy aroma, light and dry, didn't get much diacetyl, or any. Lean, dry, herbal-citric hoppy taste, sweetish malty backbone, low bitterness. Bit too low bitterness for my tastes, but a pretty good beer!

Tap at PBF. Pretty clean, thin, only a hint of diacetyl and light fruitiness. Very easy drinking, still rather clean feeling. Very good.

Can from AJ's. Bright, clear gold with a tall head. Herbal, spicy noble hops with some lemony citrus. Crisp, crackery malt, like northern German, not thick. Light malt character, some bready sweetness, lemony hops, herbal, leafy, lightly metallic. relatively light body. Slightly dirty finish. Ok but not quite there yet.

Clean and hoppy, dry. Biscuits and a bit herbal bitterness in the finish, crisp, very nice.
