440ml can from Middle Farm. Poured a very slightly hazy yellow golden colour with a short—lived, frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, grapefruit citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a fresh, crisp, juicy, light tart grapefruit, light dry pepper spice, hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Tasty!

On tap at Brewing Brothers Folkestone. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Grapefruit aroma. Bit fizzy. Yellow grapefruit and lemon flavour. Pale malt is just about ok. Would like a little more malt depth. Moderate to good bitterness on the finish. Some black pepper on the finish solid ipa. --- Beer aliased from original tick of Gallaghers IPA on 26 Jan 2019 at 13:34 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5. Can from somewhere. Cheers Si. When you read blueberry and tropical it becomes hard not to detect it on the nose. Relatively clear. Hitting what it needs to in order to be a decently hopped, somewhat fizzy IPA with good bitterness.
