Banana, clove, milk, smoky wheat malt, and straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet banana, orange, clove, creamy wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body.

On tap at Fassler Hall. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has sweet wheat, flora and clove with a hint of light fruits. Flavor has lots of sweet wheat, flora and clove with just a bit of of light fruits.

Bottle 12fl.oz. [ As Rahr & Sons Summertime Wheat ].Unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, banana, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, banana, fruity, yeasty. Bottle. Hazy dark yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, wheat, banana, spices and clove. Flavour is malt, wheat, yeast, banana, medium sweet, hop, spices, little clove and a little bitter.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours cloudy light orange with half finger white head. Aroma is estery wheat, medium body, medium carbonation, and medium small-bubble lacing. Taste is clove, banana, just slightly off wheat peaks from time to time, and some rye in the finish.

Sample from 355 ml. bottle. Hazy, golden colour with a medium sized, white head. Fruity aroma with banana, clove, wheat malts, light spices and hefe yeasts. Taste is sweet. Medium body, soft carbonation. Finishes sweet and spicy with a good fruitiness. Nice Hefeweizen.
