An old school English style IPA using the more dank American hops. Columbus and Idaho 7 are quickly becoming firm favourites at the brewery and they play a starring role in this new IPA, which acts a spiritual successor to Dempsey Roll, but lighter, crisper, whilst retaining bitterness and earthy qualities.

6.5% ipa. On tap at Hop Stuff Tap room Ashford. Hazy russet colour lasting white head. Pine resin grapefruit PNW old school ipa aroma. Chewy pine in the mouth. Some sweetness too. Pretty drinkable I thought. Good PNW ipa brewed in Faversham. I liked it.
