Light golden colour. Light pale malt aroma with grassy hops and sweatiness from the distinctive house yeast, though this latter component is suprisingly understated. Must be a lager thing. The palate is slightly crisp, and a light bitterness underpins a fresh pale malt character. Clean and refreshing. You can’t really call it a masterpiece of brewing, but it hits all the notes it was aiming for and is a well-made example of the proverbial "lawnmower" beer.
