Poured up on tap at Thombansen’s with a gold body that has a faint haze and supporting a tall firm white head of foam. The aroma is nice and pungent with hops as I get some lime, some open meadow sustaining a floral note and some citrus hard candy. Wow, all of the late hopping including in the beer lines and the serving keg has really paid off with a tremendous nose. The taste is crisp and vibrant with hops where I get nice floral enhanced lime like citrusiness. It gets just a tad sweet by midway before the hops rise up again and swallow the sweetness whole. This is like a fresh hopped up pale ale. I hope they make this again despite the havoc all the dry hopping causes. Lovely hoppy brew. I can drink just a ton of this.
