Poured up on tap at the Squatter’s pub in the SLC airport. It pours a crystal clear gold with a nice lasting white head of foam. The mild aroma offers up some sweetness mixing with floral hop notes. The aroma neither draws you in or turns you away. The taste is nice and sessionable where somehow I’m getting some grainy glutton like grain mixing with some floral hop flavor and floral hop bitterness. The bitterness keeps this thing lively. It gets an added touch of sugar sweetness midway and into the finish. Yep, the moderate level of hops here really makes this work for me.

500 ml glass at the Brewpub. Pours a clear yellow color with a large white head. A nose of apples, some sweetness maybe a jolly rancher. The flavor is a somewhat odd sweet mix of sweet fruit, very malty but not deep or thorough malts, ripe, apple cider-ish. Very fizzy. OK.
