Poured up on tap at the Dunedin Brewery with deep copper body supporting up a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up rich malts, some sweetness, some sweet cherry meat and then a decent level of earthy hops. The taste has some malt sweetness running into cherry like fruity esters. To midway it dries out some with bitter pine hops to slightly spicy hops.
