The Fruity Watergeus is a sparkling fruit beer of one year old lambic, which is ripened for another year with cherry and blackberries. With to this maceration, combined with a slow second fermentation, beautiful and soft fruit flavors are released. After a third fermentation and bottling, the unique flavor of Fruity Watergeus might remind of the taste of wine.

Bottle shared @ ZZT 2017. Hazy reddish color, small white head. Aroma is awful, rotten, sour poop. Taste is sour, tart, fortunately it doesn't taste the same as it smells. Not a fan though.

Bottle shared at ZZT. Hazy purple with light violet head. Lots of funk and hay, sweet cherries, overripe berries, lots of weird herbs, cherry pits and almonds, light grassy, horse blanket. Lots of great funk but the fruits don't come out too nicely. Medium sour and bitter and light sweet. Medium bodied with soft sparkly carbonation. Lovely.
