Some things are just better together. Just like this sour ale. With hops in true tart harmony, each smooth and satisfying sip unfolds layers of juicy pear and warm vanilla. Finished with a burst of fruity flavor, you’ll want to hit replay on our soundtrack, or perhaps the sweet sound of cracking this can open.

First, let me say, I usually write simple reviews because sometimes, I think all the flowery comments are a little over the top, but I'm breaking my rule with this one. Second, I usually rate beers at least 3 or above because I absolutely love beer, all types of beer. But....this beer is terrible. It's actually kind of gross. Pears are sweet, this beer is really sour but the worst part was the giant chunks of floaties. Now, to be fair, maybe this was the bottom of the barrel but it was disgusting. I couldn't drink more than 3 or 4 sips and it became a drain pour

This beer has an aroma of pears and malt with some vanilla. The flavor is malty and lightly tart with fairly good pear flavor. It’s alright though to me it doesn’t stand out.

Sweet, with a ton of lactose and vanilla on top of expected citrus and berry sour notes and a lingering acidity on the back end. Not my thing.
