Barrel-aged, not sure what kind of barrel but I’m thinking red wine by the heavy vinous notes. Veins of cabernet and honey, with oak, caramel, dates, figs, and vanilla, with a tart finish laced with a little funk. Tasty.

Amber pour. Nose is rich honey. Tastes of honey, flowers, malt, cardboard in a good way, candy sugar.
