A very light yellow, a head is small and white. Aroma has lemon, coriander, spices, some sweetness. Taste has wheat, some sourness, quite sweet, coriander. Light bodied, almost sparkling in the mouth. Traditional witbier but too sweet that ruins the refreshning feelings.

Found at an organic food store in Paris. (Seriously.) Pours with almost no head, and a yellow-green colour. Very slight grassy aroma. Taste is a fermented wheat with a hint of hops, soft but refreshing.
