Shared bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Aroma and taste is fruity, with Belgian yeast, spice, wheat notes. Finish is mildly tart.

Owl Farm tap: pours light dull and copper. Doughy, yeasty, and a tad herbal aroma. Taste is light and yeasty. Lightly malty. Light and easy to drink.

Sample at Paddy Long’s in Chicago. Hazy orange-gold color with a medium thin white head that burns away steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Yeast, hops and malt in the nose. Light body with flavors of Belgian yeast, mild hops and dought malt. The finish is yeast and mild grassy hops. Decent overall.
