An unfiltered, unpasteurised lager with a difference. We use San Francisco Lager yeast fermented at ale temperatures to release delicate fruity esters, whilst Vienna malt is used to give the beer a hint of sweetness.

A real revelation. Nice roasted grain body with fresh citrus and earthy hops, a dash of pepper and some dark berries. Lovely balance, refreshing and innovative.

33cl bottle from Factory foods. thick white head. very hazy golden pour. Light bitterness. Easy drinking

Tap. Pours Golden with a bubbly head. Grass, bready malts and maize. Medium bodied. Bready malts again. Short slight bitter finish. Dms as it warms.

Draft. A golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of bread, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Can from Beer: Store, Hitchin. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and fruity. Flavor is medium sweet. Sweet finish. 120219

Can @ Beer:Store, Hitchin. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, fruits, hops and has a light citrus finish.

Okay white foam and slightly cloudy yellow. Soft peach aroma. Flavour is more oily peach with hoppy oil hints. Medium finish. Not bad, well made at least.
