Bottled 500ml (from BZ)
Dark brown/ruby color, small white head, which is vanishing mostly. Metallic, raisiny, caramalty and cardboardish aroma. Medium-bodied but a bit watery for this ABV. Raisins, cola-like sweetness, metal and light yeastyness. Lacks balance and nuances of good German bocks.

Euro2-Flasche: Deep ruby-amber coloured, clear, stable mid-sized off-white to tanned head; moderate nose of caramel, faint traces of toasted malt, chocolate and subdued hops detectable, dried fruits as well; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, a pretty light bodied Bock - still soft; traces of chocolate in the sweetish dark-malty and fruity finish, followed by a slightly drier bitter-hoppy aftertaste. A pleasant, easy-drinking Bock…
