JUNGLE JOY, the perfect representation of mango and passion fruit in a beer, without added sugar and artificial flavors, only the good stuff! This generous beer for connoisseurs has not only fruity freshness but also a nice sour taste.

A hazed dark golden ale with a thick creamy off white head, with floaties . In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light papaya and passion fruit purée, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of passion fruit, light candy sugar, light curacao, very nice and refreshing. Bottle from Mahuro SKYO.

Bottle. Golden color, hazy. Lots of mango in the aroma. Moderate grassy hopbitter flavor with lots of mango. Sweetish. Very fruity but well balanced.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ van Rooij, Culemborg. Hazy light amber with a white head. Light caramel aroma with mango/passion-fruit aroma all around. Taste is medium bitter with a bitter finish. Although this is certainly a fruit beer it is not as sickeningly sweet as most commercial examples, nor is it sour as most craft specimens. It still remains a fairly beery beer but as mentioned with a massive mango/passion-fruit aroma and taste. Very well done, although not a dubbel in my opinion.

(Draught at Brussels Beer Project, Brussels, 20 Oct 2018) Amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity nose with notes of tropical fruit, citrus, orange, passion-fruit, mango and caramel. Malty, fruity taste with caramel, candy sugar, mango, papaya, passion-fruit and a mild citric/tropical bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Quite nice.

Hazy pale to medium amber colour, good frothy beige head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma pale malt, red fruit (strawberry, blueberry), passion fruit, bubble gum, lemonade, gives artificial impression. Taste light light heavy sweet, slightly bitter, fruity (strawberry, passion fruit) but less fruity than you would expect from the aroma, malty backbone, earthy notes. Sweetbitter aftertaste, metallic and earthy notes, light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, refreshing flavored fruit beer, so so.

The mild but dominant passionfruit almost seems like it could be solely due to the hops, but isn’t. It lends a complimenting aroma without the bitterness. The rest of the beer is actually a very tame dubbel, more of a mild amber with just a little belgian yeast qualities. online belgian beer factory

Dark orange. Small thin head off white. Pollen, hay and grass aroma. Served a bit warm like warmer than cellar temp. Juicy orange juice, apples, peas, some kind of herb. Maybe basil? Fruity mango finish
