A dry hopped Belgian IPA. Centennial and Chinook hops are complimented by the spice and citrus character produced by our Belgian yeast strain. This ale has intense hop character without being overly bitter.

Bottle from Bishop’s Cellar, Halifax. It pours clear golden-amber with a decent white head. The nose is sweet, juicy, orange, peach, quite spicy, bubblegum, dough, hay and fresh ginger. The taste is good bitterness, spicy, cracker, earth, ginger, stewed orange, grapefruit rind, nectarine, bread and peppercorns with a dry, spicy finish. Medium body and average carbonation. I’m not a huge fan of the style, but this is a well made beer. Solid.

Plutôt une bière moyenne, avec une désagréable présence de gazon brûlé. À réessayer, au cas où...
