You know it’s spring when maple sap is brewing on the Authentic Seacoast. Packed with natural minerals, fresh maple sap from local farms is the base for this uniquely Nova Scotian ale. We add hops, with floral and herbal notes, fresh maple syrup and a hint of spice to create a light-bodied ale the celebrates the bounty of our Nova Scotia forests.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear deep gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has a decent amount of maple with some sweet grains and a straw backbone. Flavor combines maple and sweet grains with a bit of earthy straw underlying.
