On tap at Cask and Vine Deep golden amber color with with and off white head. Aromas of sweet sugary malts, brown sugar, light fruit, and a touch of alcohol. Little to no hop aroma. The flavor is sweet with sugary malts, hints of earthy hops and lots of light fruits to counter. slight alcohol warmth is evident but at 11.6 abv that is to be expected. Thick body with a light level of carbonation and a lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Nice old ale, definitely a sipper but I quite enjoyed it.
