Bottle at home over a few nights. Ruby brown pour. Nose is caramel and apple. Tastes of apple, cinnamon, vanilla, booze, some honey, pie crust. Boozy. Moderate sweetness. Mead game too pricey in general for me but getting spiced meads towards 10 rates.

Bottle from Bert’s Crystal clear deep golden color with a fair amount of legs. Big apple and cinnamon on the nose with light caramelized honey. the cinnamon and apple aromas combine and give this an almost herbal feel to it. More vanilla in the flavor than the aroma suggested. I get honey flavor but not a lot of carmelization. The apple comes through really well. Its a bit pricey but it is a really nice sipper.
