In a plastic cup along a stream in the shade on a gorgeous day at Glendalough. Deep amber copper in color with a rich frothy off white head that persists. Bready caramel and toffee with a hint of earthy citrus to counter.

Draught. Clear, amber colored. AROMA- nice sweet caramel. FLAVOR- pleasantly bitter, malty, caramel, well balanced. Medium bodied.

Tap. Clear amber with small tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, little bread and hop. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, little bread, medium sweet, hop and a little bitter.

Draught at ICBF15. Deep red with a medium head. Aroma is sugared malts. Flavour is sweet red mals, tangy bitterness on the base. Dry red ale finish.
