Brewery draught, 10/3/25.
Clear, deep honey-golden. Persistent, creamy, white head.
Nose is soft pear and rich, honey. Clean and mildly spicy with no crude esters/phenols. Mostly malt, apple and pear esters with light black pepper phenols.
Rich and malty, especially for its size. Clean and snappy with a true saison quality. I don't think I get any clove at all. Seems they've really refined their brewing since Johnieee had it. Fruity, soft, flavorful and balanced. No bubble gum either.

Sample at the source. Mostly clear deep golden color with a huge rocky white head that persists. Clove and pepper against a light honey like maltiness. Decent beer.
