Bottle 700ml. corked @ Assentoft tasting by Hansen - Zita. [ As Cortina Sidra Natural Villacubera ].ABV: 6.0%. Light unclear light to medium yellow color with a small, quick, open and fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, green apple, celery notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apple, pear, apple skin, green - green apples. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. Bottle @ Assentoft tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are dry and a little sour, apples, wood and sulphur.

Bottle. Unclear yellow colour. Moderate apple aroma. Powerfull dry apple flavor. Strong barnyard notes. Average finish. Oily palate.

Bottle purchased in Spain (forgot where) consumed at home in company of Lynn, Barry, Ferret & Dena on Sunday 6th July 2014 Pours hazy straw colour with a little bubblyness when poured from a great height. Refreshing cider that is both soft in mouth but then immediately challenges you with some nice appley but then a little sourness with a light lemony tang, it’s good. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4

Bottle @ Astor Wines. Single varietal cider.
Wine glass. Clear, pale yellow gold. Just a trickle of bubbles.
Very subtle fruit scent. Faintly woody. Soft florals. Light acid.
Juicy feel results in only mild flavors. Still. Soft-spoken, watery apple flavor. Subtle tannic wood & very mellow, low acidity wine.
More of a floral quality shows up as the bottle warms up, but it’s far too delicate & humble to repeat.
