Taster pour on tap at the brewery. Appearance is clear, pale yellow with trace sparkle, ring of off-white head with decent retention and nice leggy lacing. Aroma is pilsner cracker malt/cardboard. Taste is cracker malt with dry, bitter balance, maybe slight hint of fruit. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and dry finish as taste. Overall, not much to it--probably pretty representative of the style?

Pint at the source. Mostly clear light gold dark yellow in color with a small tightly bubbled white head. Bready crackery pilsner maltiness. Faint jam and earthy citrus with hints of floral spice. Pretty nice beer.
