Bottle 750ml. corked. [ As Cave de Mirande Cidre Doux ].Light unclear matt medium yellow - amber orange color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sour apples, sweet apples, wood. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, sweet apples, apples, wood notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20140930]

Bottle from cidery stall in St Helier. It pours hazy orange with a quickly dissipating head. The nose is earthy, light funk, apple skin, fruit pie, light vinous and barnyard. The taste is sweet-sour, apple pie, wine gums, sherbet, apple skin, white sugar, earthy and light barnyard, with a lightly sweet finish. Light body and fine, prickly carbonation. Nice hints of earthy barnyard funk about it, but too sweet on the taste for my liking. Good stuff anyhow.

Bottle. Small head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet apples, fruit juice, sugar and has a nice smooth sweet finish.

Bottle @ Christers. Pours dark yellow with very small white head, some light lacing. Aroma of apples, applejuice, light wood notes. Flavor is sweet apples, apple juice, light wood notes, little sugar. Thin to medium body, flat carbonation. 240914

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Light hazy with a tiny off-white head. Aroma is sweet, apples, apple juice and a hint of sulfur. Flavor is medium sweet. Sweet finish. A decent cider no doubt, but I have had many way better ciders from France. 240914

Bottle. Slightly hazy yellow with no head. Aroma is apples, fruit, apple peel, little barnyard and a little tart. Flavour is apples, medium sweet, little juice, little dry and a little wood.

Bottle courtesy of GT2, thanks! Bright hazy yellow gold, small white head that settles quickly. Aroma of fresh peach, lemon, tangerine. Taste is freshly crushed apples, bitter lemon soda, sweet at first then transitions to mostly dry. Really nice.
