Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 6
Slight roasty aroma. Ever so slight tartness on the first impression. Really dark brown. Has a slight astringent background hiding in there. Can detect shades of maple, but the maple is not up front in yer face. Nice roasty aroma. Decent co2 thru-out. Pretty good stuff.
