Sampled on draft at Whistle & Keg this beer poured a bright golden color with an enormous creamy yellow-white head that lingered forever and left good lacing. The aroma was sweet and grainy with a bit of yeast, perfume and honey. The flavor was sourish, yeasty and grainy. Medium length finish. Light body.

A very good example of kolsch IMHO. Slight sweet honey smell. Medium easy going beer. Fun, friendly. Ever so slight beer bitterness but this is one good kolsch. Good job BB! Right up there with McNeills Green Mountain Gold, Reclamation Kolsch & Gaffel Kölsch
