Tap at bowsers. Clear & pale. Bubbling visual presentation. Typical friendly apple cider nose. Taste is fine civilized hard cider that is not rudely fermented out. Smidgen of spices makes a great complement. Well done and balanced. Goes down easy. Much better than a alky pop yet has some of those refined characteristics of the old country. Yes, not too dry and the spices are well behaved, nice touch. Much better than expected. Good overall brew experience.
