Wew, this place makes some unique beers, take this, IPA brewed with chocolate. First you’d think it was a dark beer but this is pale. Small head with nice lacing. Basic mild smell of BO, like many of today’s IPA. Slight haze. IPA fer sure on the buds from the start. The chocolate is hard to find in this because IPA is so typically bitter and the overriding flavor is hop bitterness. Its there, but its hidden in the background. Perhaps you’re thinking bitter dark chocolate? Nope. Terribly on style for a fresh IPA. I don’t like IPA but if you do, flip my numbers.
