Fra flaske på RBHD-treff ombord på Fridtjofen mai-14: litt flim/gardinskum. Behagelig men forsiktig aroma av aprikos og humle. Frisk smak, men ikke i sammen liga som Utpå, som var en imponerende god øl (men til en ublu pris).

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh fruity, tropical fruits, citrus, yeast, hay, citrus peel, wheat, dough. Taste is slightly harsh fruity, yeast, citrus peel, leafs, grass, soil, wheat, dried fruits. Medium bitterness, dry yeasty mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Appearance: Cloudy golden color with a frothy off white head. Ok lacing.
Aroma: Fruity, wheat and some yeast.
Palate: Medium (+) body. Tad sweet and a fine bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: A bit acidic. Fruity, yeast, mild citric and some wheat.
Overall impression: I actually liked this one. Quite fresh and tasty. But I missed a bit more prominent apricot flavor.

Bottle. An unclear golden-orange beer with a dense finger thick white head. There’s not much apricot in the aroma, citrusy hops play the leading role. Some maltyness. The apricots are more evident in the flavor, and there’s also wheat, bitterness, a little sweetness and citrus peel. Medium body and a pleasant carbonation. More dry than sweet. Fruity finish with a nice bitterness. Nothing impressive going on here, but it’s an honest fruitbeer with quenching qualities. 140504

Pours hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus and apricots. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with a slightly dry apricot finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

33cl bottle from Alna Vinmonopol. Pours hazy pale brownish golden with a white head. Yeasty and wheaty aroma with noticeable apricot notes and hints of hops. Medium sweet with wheaty and fruity flavours and a mild acidity. Finishes lightly bitter. Not quite my kind of beer, but quite refreshing and not as sweet as feared.
