Tap. Honey malt, bit of caramel, crisp hops, resiny, herbal, stone fruit, citrus. The use of their own fresh hops is nice here. Not vegetal or too grassy. Nice one.

Hino Brewing Dotayare IPA 6% 40 IBU Opaque orange color with a sweet hoppy bouquet. Well balanced, a bit of biscuity caramel with stone fruit flavors. Solid.
