Pour les 10 ans de la brasserie, il semblait évident de rebrasser notre bière forte la Mondiale.
Cette fois-ci, nous avons choisi 10 ingrédients à travers le monde dont des épices d'Afrique et d'Asie (gingembre et graine de paradis) des houblons d'Amerique, Océanie, Europe (Chinook, Nelson Sauvin, Mistral, Hallertau Blanc) nous avons aussi fait vieillir cette bière sur des copeaux de chênes.
Le résultat titre 10% et rentre dans la catégorie des Barley Wine, c'est à dire un Vin d'Orge.

5 3 6 2 10 Bottle shared at THT January (Platypus Edition). Hazy golden with floaty chunks and a ring white head. Aroma of herbs, vegetables, burnt sugar. Flavour is heavy sweet. Above medium bodied with soft carbonation. It’s almost like a vegetable mead.

Bottle shared at THT January (Platypus Edition). Almost clear golden with bubbly white head. Red apple, sweet malts, lots of sugar, marzipan, honey, soft smoke, alcohol, vanilla, light milky. Super sweet, light bitter and sour. Full bodied. I actually think his is pretty good if you like sweet honey, flowers and herbs. I happen to do.
