ベースとなるビアスタイルのケルシュに、奈良産の吉野杉を漬け込みました。
軽めの麦芽の風味に、心地よい苦味、そしてアルコール度数は5.0%と、ドリンカブルな仕上がりです。ビールが喉を通った後に、ほのかに鼻腔に杉の香りが立ち上ってきます。
スッキリとした、どんな料理とも合わせていただきやすいビールとなっています。
This beer is a 3-way collaboration with LOSTAGE, a rock band based in Nara for 20 years, and CRAFTROCK BREWING from Tokyo. The beer style, Kolsch, is infused with YOSHINOSUGI(Cedar) from Nara. It has a light maltiness, a pleasant bitterness and a drinkable ABV of 5.0%. After the beer has gone down the throat, a hint of cedar comes up. It is a refreshing beer that is easy to pair with any food.

Tap at Komachi. Bright gold, crystal clear. Nose is cedar, honey malts, lemon. Flavor is quite kolsch-like but with cedar. Nice at first but the cedar got to be too much quite quickly and a pint was hard to finish. Interesting idea but I would dial back the cedar to about half.

Nara x Lostage x Craftrock Brewing Neverland 5%. 21 IBU Kolsch with Cedar Lovely matte gold with a bready malt and herbal peppery spice hop bouquet. Quite full bodied and dry with the cedar coming through clearly in the finish. Really great stuff.
