Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Tap at Nagahama. Their weizen with plums added. MEdium gold, cloudy, with a thick, fine head. Nose is ume plums, peaches, orange, wheat. Fruity, tangy, wheat, creamy, light banana. Nice plum but would prefer a bit more. Light, not sweet. Enjoyable.
