Bottle @ Assentoft tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, coca cola, malt, bread and hops. Sweet and malty.

Bottle. Watery mouthfeel, low in flavour. Light roasted, moderate astringency, particulate metallic. Average at best.

Bottle@Yesprs (21/03/2014) - brown pour with beige head. Aroma and taste is light roasted malty, bready, some caramel, thin body, not much going on.

Pours a black body with ruby hues and a tan head. Caramel with a hint of licorice. A bitter finish.

500ml bottle. Clear, ruby red glowing, darkest brown colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Slightly sugary, dark malty aroma, a touch of malt lozenge. Taste is slightly grainy, dark malty with a sugary touch, cautious hints of malt lozenge; dry, slightly astringent finish.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, black, nice head. Starts mild, malty, not too roasty. Mild earthy notes, modest sweet. Finish a bit drier, still mild. Could be more intense. Okay.

0,5 l bottle. Nearly black in the glass, light tanned dirty grey looking head. Starts smooth but defintive malty, low coffie. Light sourness, little bit metallic. Low carbonated. Long lasting soft roastmalt finish. Quite nice.

Sample from 50 cl. bottle. Clear, dark amber colour with a thin, off-white head. Bready aroma with fruits, lightly roasted malts, caramel and faint nuts. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture. Finishes dry and fruity with light roast and bread. Okay Schwarzbier.

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and bread, leading to abitter finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted. Grassy, toasted malty and light breadish. Breadish and toasted malty. Dry and bitter finish.
