Bottle, mail order from the brewery. Filled 7 days ago. Fluffy malt nose, bread and biscuits, soft and rich. Light herbal and lemony hops. Great soft malt nose. Bright gold, slightly orange hues, with a fluffy head. Again, soft malty flavor with light hopping. Lemony, peppery, herbal hops with a light prickly bitterness in the finish. Medium to full body. Tasty helles. Touch of sulfur in the finish, and maybe just a touch too sweet.
