Sampled from the tap at Northern Taphouse. Pours a clear pinkish light red with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a rich tart cherry with a bit of bitterness with a bit of oak supporting. Flavor has a bit of pie cherry but mainly tart with a bit of oak coming through.

750ml bottle @Luppolo Station (Rome). Borgogna intensa, limpida, schiuma leggera. Al naso note intense di ciliegia, pulite, leggero balsamico, mentuccia, legno. In bocca l'acidità è contenta, leggero vinoso, quindi emerge una ciliegia molto pulita, succosa, abboccata, la chiusura acida è delicata, forse giusto un po' timida. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione medio-leggera. Leggermente corta e le manca un po' di acidità e complessità, ma si fa apprezzare.
