We make Fields of Green when we feel like it and every batch is different. That way it’s always FRESH. But it’s never as FRESH as this year’s FRESH HOP Fields of Green. We managed to get our hands on a sizable quantity of Fresh Citra Hops from Loftus Ranches in Yakima and because of our vast IPA experience, we know exactly what to do with it. While the days grow shorter, the sky comes down lower, and the verdant hillsides of Astoria fade and fade to yellow and red, you can step out into these perfectly lush Fields of Green any time.
