After being bit by the Snakebite IPA you will want to have some Venom IPA running through your veins. This beer is hit hard with the High Alpha hop at 17% acids in the beginning of the boil to give it a bite that it needs. Rounding it off with some specialty hops for aroma and flavor at the end of the boil. The complex malt bill gives this IPA a well rounded balance between malts and hops. Fermented with a traditional American Ale yeast. After fermentation we infuse fresh grapefruit zest for ten days to give it that unique flavor that we all are looking for!
