Draft at WF Reno. Clear bright golden y, bright white edge head. Aroma of peppery straw. Taste is white pepper and hay. OK.

[ As The Brewers Cabinet Tahoe Beer ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity, bubble gum notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity, pale malt, grass notes. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20140516]

Pours pale yellow with no head. Aroma is toasted malty and light cornish. Grassy, cornish and straw. Bitter and dry grassy finish.

Pours very slightly hazy golden with small white head. Clear aroma of yeast and hops, with notes of paper. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with a refreshing, citrusy note and sweetish hints of malt. Bitter and slightly paperlike finish. An OK non-German Kölsch.

Clear dark yellow with tiny head. Aroma is malt, fruit, caramel, hop and a little grainy. Flavour is malt, caramel, grainy, hop, little straw, little sweet and medium bitter.
